3D micro-CT morphology data of benthic foraminifera in the Baltic Sea during the Last Interglacial

We analyzed the benthic foraminiferal species Elphidium clavatum with respect to size, surface area, volume, thickness, and pores by using synchrotron radiation X-ray microcomputed tomography (SRµCT). The dataset includes all the measurements and statistic analyses results.

本研究针对底栖有孔虫物种Elphidium clavatum，通过同步辐射X射线微CT扫描技术（SRµCT）对其尺寸、表面积、体积、厚度及孔隙率进行了详细分析。该数据集涵盖了所有测量值及统计学分析结果。
