本数据集包含利用发展的近红外II区荧光影像探针及平台开展活体Redox检测,主要包含基于近红外II区量子点及小分子的级联靶向激活型探针用于活体氧亚硝酸根ONOO-的检测;基于近红外II区量子点及小分子的荧光比率型探针用于活体ONOO-的检测;基于近红外II区系统纳米发光材料及小分子的荧光比率型探针用于活体过氧亚硝酸根ONOO-的检测;基于近红外II区单分子的荧光比率型探针用于活体H2O2的检测。基于上述活体研究为在体Redox的精准测量提供了创新计算方法。该数据集为5.6 G。
This dataset encompasses in vivo redox detection studies utilizing developed near-infrared II (NIR-II) fluorescence imaging probes and corresponding platforms. It primarily includes four categories of probes: 1. Cascade-targeted activatable probes based on NIR-II quantum dots and small molecules for in vivo detection of peroxynitrite (ONOO⁻); 2. Ratiometric fluorescence probes based on NIR-II quantum dots and small molecules for in vivo detection of peroxynitrite (ONOO⁻); 3. Ratiometric fluorescence probes based on NIR-II nanoscale luminescent materials and small molecules for in vivo detection of peroxynitrite (ONOO⁻); 4. Single-molecule-based ratiometric fluorescence probes operating in the NIR-II window for in vivo detection of hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂). The aforementioned in vivo research provides an innovative computational methodology for accurate in vivo redox measurement. The total size of this dataset is 5.6 GB.
