本数据通收集数字线划地形图、数字正射影像，比对发现变化区域，并利用收集的数据更新变化区域电子地图要素，根据设计的要素图层和地图符号等，进行地图编制，缓存切片后最终形成福州市18-19级矢量影像地图切片成果库，包括境界与区划、水系、居民地、交通、植被、兴趣点、影像。可以快速提供反映福州市域直观形象的自然地理及社会经济等多方面信息，在优化资源配置，增强综合实力，实施有效的城乡建设和管理等方面，为各级政府制定和调整相关措施提供依据。通过挖掘空间数据，还可以获得新的信息和知识，从而有助于提高政府决策的科学性和时效性。

This dataset collects digital line graphic (DLG) topographic maps and digital orthophoto maps (DOM). It identifies changed regions through comparison, and updates the electronic map features within these regions using the collected data. It compiles maps in accordance with preset specifications such as feature layers and map symbols, then conducts tile caching, and finally establishes the 18-19 zoom level vector-image map tile product database for Fuzhou City. This database covers boundaries and administrative divisions, water systems, residential areas, transportation networks, vegetation, points of interest (POIs), and image data. It can rapidly provide multi-faceted information reflecting the intuitive physical geography and social economy of the Fuzhou metropolitan area. It provides decision-making support for governments at all levels to formulate and revise relevant policies in scenarios including optimizing resource allocation, enhancing comprehensive strength, and implementing efficient urban and rural construction and management. Additionally, by mining spatial data, new information and knowledge can be extracted, which helps improve the scientific validity and timeliness of government decision-making.
