This repository contains the dataset, analysis code, and intermediate results used to generate Supplementary Figures S1–S4 for "Categorization and analysis of 14 computational methods for estimating cell potency from single-cell RNA-seq data". The datasets were kindly provided by the authors of CytoTRACE (Gulati et al., 2020).
