Yokenella regensburgei strain:UU2206353 Genome sequencing and assembly

This has been isolated from a 69 year old gentleman of Indian ethinicity, with benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH) and bulbar urethral stricture, who presented with symptoms of lower urinary tract infection. Yokenella regensbergei was isolated in >100,000cfu/ml counts in 2 consecutive urine specimens 3 days apart, midstream urine followed by a suprapubic aspiration.
