The dataset comprises functional connectivity (FC) and structural connectivity (SC) matrices derived from a crossover, double-blind, randomized controlled trial of Temporal Interference (TI) stimulation. Four distinct matrices are presented: TI-S1 and TI-S2 functional and structural connectivity matrices, alongside corresponding Sham-S1 and Sham-S2 matrices. These matrices, constructed using the Dosenbach 160-region atlas, represent brain network connections before and after stimulation, enabling comprehensive analysis of neural network modifications induced by personalized right striatum TI stimulation in 28 healthy participants.
