Data file 1_results for substrate-free filters.csv

Insertion loss and return loss in dB of substrate-free miniaturized filters, from 1250 nm to 1643,5 nm. Measured between single-mode fibers. The substrate-free, miniaturized filters were picked from different positions along the diagonal of the same 3" wafer. The wafer was coated by spin coating with a sacrificial layer and subsequently coated by ion beam sputtering. The coating was then segmented by a laser process and the sacrificial layer was dissolved.
