Precision screening for colorectal cancer (CRC) is effective in average-risk populations, with prediction models identifying high-risk individuals for more intensive screening and recommending less intensive, noninvasive modalities for low-risk groups. Small non-coding RNAs (sncRNAs), including miRNAs, tsRNAs and rsRNAs, are increasingly recognized as promising biomarkers for early disease diagnosis and prognosis. This study aims to develop and validate an ultrasensitive, multiplex, one-step real-time reverse transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR) system for the detection of multiple types of sncRNAs, with potential applications in the prospective noninvasive screening and predictive diagnosis of CRC patients.
