The study goal is to demonstrate the trisomy detection limits of Belgian NIPT pipeline (Bayindir et al, 2014) fitted for Estonian Biocentre's server. In vitro generated cell-free DNA samples with trisomy fraction ranging from 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, and 100% were used to imitate different fetal fractions.
