sea trout recruit density in Swedish rivers, catches from fisheries, predators density and habitat variables collected (2000 - 2022)

This is a dataset containing data collected in rivers and at sea, which were spatially harmonized to explore corss-system effects of stressors on sea trout recruit density in Swedish rivers. Specifically, the data were used to assess the influence of inland stressors (recreational fishing and river barriers) and marine stressors (commercial and recreational fishing, and predator densities of grey seals Halichoerus grypus and great cormorants Phalacrocorax carbo) on sea trout recruits in rivers, while accounting for habitat quality variables.
