NBI Bridge Deterioration Benchmark

Processed FHWA National Bridge Inventory (NBI) bridge-year panel, source manifest, benchmark result tables, publication figure outputs, formatted supplementary material, and analysis scripts used for the manuscript "Predicting Bridge Deterioration or Reproducing Rating Histories? A National NBI Benchmark." Version 3 updates the formatted supplementary material to match the ASCE Journal of Bridge Engineering submission files. Version 4 adds the final ASCE supplementary-material file and the LightGBM feature-importance audit used in the submission-ready manuscript revision.
