This dataset contains clean sequencing data of 728 domesticated Siamese fighting fishes (Betta splendens) representing different phenotypes, including variation in body size, colour pattern, finnage shape and behaviour. GWAS was applied to explore the genetic basis of these morphological changes in this fish.
