Medulloblastomas Group 3/4 are cerebellar tumors with strong inter- and intratumoral heterogeneity. In our research project we focused on specific Group 3/4 tumor cases with somatic aberrations MYC,MYCN and PRDM6 using various single cell techniques. Overall design: Cohort of MB G34 tumors was processed with Resolve Bioscience protocol in order to obtain spatial single cell profiles
