Interspecies Registration Between the Juna.Chimp and MNI Templates Using the DISCO–DARTEL Pipeline

This dataset contains the registration outputs from the DISCO–DARTEL complete pipeline implemented in BrainVISA, used to align the Juna.Chimp template (chimpanzee cortical surface and volumetric data, Vickery et al. 2020) with the MNI ICBM152 nonlinear asymmetric 09c human template. The registration provides both forward and inverse deformation fields, cortical ribbon averages, and surface meshmaps for the left and right hemispheres in both species. These transformations were used to enable interspecies cortical and white matter alignment in the associated study from the same author.
