人体关键点识别

对于输入的一张图片（可正常解码，且长宽比适宜），检测图片中的所有人体，输出每个人体的21个主要关键点，包含头顶、五官、脖颈、四肢等部位，同时输出人体的坐标信息和数量。
计费说明：并发量为10QPS时，每月收费5000；
并发量为50QPS时，每月收费21000；
并发量为100QPS时，每月收费36000；

Given an input image that can be properly decoded and has an appropriate aspect ratio, detect all human bodies in the image. For each human body, output its 21 main key points including parts such as the top of the head, facial features, neck and limbs, as well as the coordinate information of each human body and the total number of detected human bodies. Pricing Terms: The monthly charge is 5000 when the concurrency reaches 10 QPS; 21000 when the concurrency reaches 50 QPS; 36000 when the concurrency reaches 100 QPS.
