Data and code for: Pressure-driven electrokinetic coupling as a sign-sensitive modifier of amyloid-β transport in charged basement membrane–extracellular space microdomains
收藏资源简介:
Frozen numerical results (CSV) and the FEniCSx-based reproduction pipeline supporting the figures and tables of the manuscript: the per-κ_BM electrokinetic transport sweep, confined-electrophoresis F_DLP classification, velocity-flux diagnostics, streaming-potential field verification, and the outlet-resistance robustness sweep. See README.md for the method nomenclature (Option A = divergence-free conserved formulation; Option B = local velocity-flux estimate) and MANIFEST.md for file checksums. Version v0.7 preserves the v0.6.1 baseline reproducibility package unchanged and adds Gate 3 robustness materials as an additive extension in gate3_additions.zip. The addendum includes representative direct full-PDE validation of the F_DLP linear surrogate at confined parameter points, classification-threshold sensitivity analyses at ±0.5%, ±1%, and ±2%, a lower-range D0 sensitivity check, wrapper scripts, parameter-point definitions, and validation/run-log documentation. The baseline v0.6.1 package is retained byte-identically via Zenodo file import. The Gate 3 materials support a representative direct-PDE-supported sensitivity bracket for the manuscript-facing F_DLP analysis. They do not constitute a proof of biological retention, clearance enhancement, therapeutic effect, device effect, in vivo effect, or tissue-level burden.
