Census of Population and Housing, 1990: Summary Tape File S-5, Number of Workers by County of Residence by County of Work

<p>This collection contains two types of records. Record 1 provides the number of workers identified by county of residence and county of employment. In the case of the six New England states (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont), cities and towns rather than counties are the unit of geography. Record 2 correlates the metropolitan area codes used in Record 1 with their alphabetic names and Metropolitan Statistical Area/Primary Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA/PMSA) designations.
