Along-track data accompanying the article "Year-Round High-Resolution Sea Ice Freeboard Retrieval Using ICESat-2 ATL03 Photon Data"

This dataset provides the along-track data accompanying the article “Year-Round High-Resolution Sea Ice Freeboard Retrieval Using ICESat-2 ATL03 Photon Data”. The data are organized by ICESat-2 granule and beam, and include segment-level geolocation, elevation, photon rate, background rate, roughness-related indicators, geophysical corrections, mean sea surface information, and sea ice classification-related variables. This release should be regarded as a preliminary version. Although the data have been processed and are suitable for supporting the results reported in the associated article, the file format, variable naming, and metadata documentation have not yet been fully refined. The author is currently participating in a three-month Arctic field expedition, and an updated version with improved formatting and documentation will be released after the expedition.
