The occurrence, prevalence and fate of antibiotic resistant genes and microbial community in Ili river

According to the climate, ecology and geographical characteristics of Ili River, 5 sampling points were selected in the main stream and the upstream tributary of Ili River, respectively upstream tributary Kashi River (BGC ), Yining City (YN ), Cockdara (KKDL ), Huiyuan city (HY ), the national road 219 (B219). At each site, triplicate water samples were collected respectively from the selected sampling sites, 100 m upstream and 100 m downstream from the sampling point. Besides of the water samples, 4 soil samples, except for sampling sites B219, were collected in the riverbank of each sampling site.
