资源简介:
Here we describe an innovative, integrative protocol that addresses the challenges of simultaneously using four recording technologies (EEG, head-mounted eye tracking, motion tracking, and video) to assess the neurophysiological factors underlying goal-directed behavior. This protocol is used successfully with adults and preschool-aged children and can be used in conjunction with any manual or locomotor task. To illustrate, we provide an example of a study on problem solving with a manual tool use task. The EEG and eye tracking revealed motor planning and its absence prior to the first movement. The motion tracking and video revealed the efficiency of participants' problem-solving strategies.
