This dataset, named LIVE1, is primarily utilized to evaluate the performance of image compression algorithms, with a special focus on metrics such as PSNR and SSIM under different JPEG quality factors. Evaluations conducted on the dataset across various JPEG quality levels demonstrate that the application of the proposed deep learning method leads to significant improvements in both PSNR and SSIM metrics. The objective of this task is to suppress the artifacts generated during image compression.
