To investigate in situ transcriptome of spermatocytes in non-obstructive azoospermia , we microdissected spermatocytes in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded testicular biopsy tissue from two types of non-obstructive azoospermia and obstructive azoospermia as a control, and then constructed cDNA libraries based on Smart-3SEQ method. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis and PCA analysis of RNA-seq data for spermatocytes of two types of non-obstructive azoospermia (SP_NOA & rST_NOA) and obstructive azoospermia (OA), which had normal spermatogenesis as the case control. SP_NOA group, rST_NOA group and OA group respectively consist of three patients' RNA-seq data of spematocytes from their FFPE testicular biopsy tissues.
