This dataset contains the complete simulation outputs, model files, and Python analysis scripts associated with the manuscript titled “Multicellular Biophysical Modeling of Macrophage-Driven Tumor Invasion Using a Cellular Potts Model.” The primary simulation results corresponding to the main manuscript are provided as individual datasets for each parameter sweep. In addition, a combined dataset is included containing all simulations referenced in the supplementary material. To enable full transparency, the Morpheus XML model file is provided. This file contains the complete model specification, including all parameters, cell types, interaction rules, and simulation settings. Users can directly import this file into Morpheus to replicate and verify the emergent behaviors and parameter-dependent trends reported in both the main manuscript and supplementary material. Two Python scripts are also included, which contain the full code used for post-processing and visualization of simulation outputs. These scripts generate the reported metrics, including Total TAMs, Total MacTCs, Total Metastasis, and mean squared displacement (MSD) trajectories. Readers are encouraged to refer to the XML model file for a detailed understanding of the simulation framework and definitions of output metrics. Additional context, methodological details, and interpretation of results are provided in the associated manuscript and supplementary material.
