该数据资源为竹溪县数据局在深化 “放管服” 改革、优化政务服务过程中产生，包含身份证、营业执照、不动产权证书等 100 本高频证照信息，覆盖不动产登记、企业注销、工程建设项目审批、招投标等多个领域，明确了各证照通过数据共享实现 “免提交” 的应用场景与规则。该清单可用于指导政务服务窗口优化审批流程，支撑跨部门数据共享核验，减少企业和群众办事时的材料提交负担，助力实现 “无纸化”“不见面” 审批，提升政务服务效能与营商环境质量。

This dataset was developed by the Zhuxi County Data Bureau during the deepening of the reform of streamlining government functions, delegating power and optimizing services (commonly known as "Fang Guan Fu") and optimizing government services. It includes information of 100 high-frequency certificates such as resident identity cards, business licenses, real estate ownership certificates and others. Covering multiple fields including real estate registration, enterprise cancellation, engineering construction project approval, bidding and tendering, it specifies the application scenarios and rules for "exemption from submission" of each certificate via data sharing. This list can be used to guide government service windows to optimize approval workflows, support cross-departmental data sharing and verification, reduce the document submission burden for enterprises and the public when handling administrative affairs, facilitate the realization of "paperless" and "contactless" approval, and enhance government service efficiency and the quality of the business environment.
