RNA-sequencing analysis of human iPSCs differentiating into contracting striated muscle cells

We differentiated human iPSCs (the NCRM1 cell line | https://hpscreg.eu/cell-line/CRMi003-A) in vitro into contracting striated muscle cells using the method as reviewed by Yan et al. 2021 (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.semcdb.2021.04.017), see also Chal et al. 2015, 10.1038/nbt.3297; Chal et al. 2016, 10.1038/nprot.2016.110; Al Tanoury et al. 2020, 10.1242/dev.187344; Al Tanoury et al. 2021, 10.1073/pnas.2022960118. We performed RNA sequencing in duplicate experiments at the time points of primary differentiation days 0, 1, 2, 3 , 4 , 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12,14,16, 18, 20, and secondary differentation after replating at day 24 and culturing for a furhter +0, +7, 10, and +15 days. We deposit here the normalized BigWig files of the STAR v2.7.11b aligned *.bam files that have been aligend to the hg38 build.
