Genomes of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates from cosmetic industry

Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains isolated from cosmetic products and raw materials (shower gel, SLES, calendula extract) were characterised for their ability to form biofilms on different surfaces (PTFE, EPDM, stainless steel, silicone), their resistance to antibiotics (CAZ, GN, IMP, CL) and their sensitivity to disinfectants (quaternary ammonium salts, hydrogen peroxide, peracetic acid, hypochlorous acid).
