This dataset is based on high-quality genome assemblies provided by the Human Pangenome Reference Consortium (HPRC), which represent diverse human genomes to ensure comprehensive coverage of genetic diversity. Using the gAIRR Suite (https://github.com/maojanlin/gAIRRsuite), we identified 335 novel T Cell Receptor (TR) alleles from 47 HPRC assemblies. These alleles are categorized into two groups: TRV_novel.fastaContains novel T Cell Receptor Variable (TRV) alleles. TRJ_novel.fastaContains novel T Cell Receptor Joining (TRJ) alleles. Supporting Files: TRV_novel_haplotype_seq.csvProvides a summary of TRV alleles identified in HPRC subjects, including novel alleles. Each row contains the nucleotide sequence of an allele and the corresponding haplotypes (h1 for paternal and h2 for maternal).
