Extraction data and R analysis script for CPE systematic review

Extraction data, study reporting quality assessment and R statistical analysis script for the study entitled "Epidemiological, microbiological, and genomic risk factors for hospital-associated Carbapenemase producing Enterobacterales (CPE) outbreaks: A systematic review". This systematic review has searched publicly available reports of CPE outbreaks in healthcare settings, confirmed by whole genome sequencing, published or pre-printed before 31/01/2024, and extracted potential epidemiological, microbiological, genomic risk factors and infection control potenital protective factors. Extracted factors were used in a multivariate regression analysis to predict outbreak size (number of patients infected or colonised).
