Whole genome sequencing of Pseudomonas sp. N4. Pseudomonas sp. N4

Pseudomonas sp. N4 was isolated from nodules of Medicago spp. plants growing in the Odiel marshes (Huelva, Spain), and it was characterized as plant growth promoting bacteria (Flores-Duarte et al., 2022). Genome sequencing of Pseudomonas sp. N4 was done using an hybrid method combining the Illumina platform and Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) by the company MicrobesNG (Birmingham, United Kingdom).
