为评估母胎的安全情况，及时预警、就诊、会诊及转诊，以减少妊娠不良结局的发生为研究对象，建立一系列规范完善的流程，为课题的延伸及相关研究提供准确可靠的数据库。主要包括糖尿病的相关数据(血糖、尿蛋白、尿酮)，通过居家便携血糖仪进行实时监测并采集，上传数据。

This dataset is established to assess maternal and fetal safety status, enable timely early warning, medical consultation, specialist referral and timely medical visits, with the core goal of reducing adverse pregnancy outcomes. A series of standardized and well-developed procedures have been formulated to provide an accurate and reliable database for the extension of this research project and related studies. The dataset mainly includes diabetes-related data (blood glucose, urinary protein, urinary ketone bodies), which are collected through real-time monitoring using portable home blood glucose meters and then uploaded.
