资源简介:
This dataset contains task-based and retinotopic-mapping fMRI data from 35 healthy
adult participants (18 DS group, 17 SS group) acquired at 3 Tesla (Siemens Prisma)
at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. The study investigates the neural
mechanisms of statistical learning of distractor suppression in visual search,
specifically whether suppression in early visual cortex is dimension-specific or
dimension-general. Participants performed a visual singleton-search task in which
a salient distractor appeared with spatial probability bias (61% at a frequent
location). Groups differed in whether the spatially biased distractor shared the
target's dimension (SS group: orientation distractor; DS group: color distractor).
Retinotopic mapping was used to precisely delineate cortical representations of
distractor and target locations in early visual areas (V1–V3), enabling voxel-level
analyses of learned suppression at retinotopically defined positions. The dataset
follows BIDS 1.8.0 and includes T1-weighted anatomical scans (defaced),
task-fMRI BOLD runs (suppression task, 2 runs), retinotopic mapping runs
(4 runs), and position localizer runs per participant. Data collection was
supported by DFG grants MU773/16-2 and SH 166/3-2.
