Single Cell RNAseq profiles of thymic ETP populations

The single cell profiles of sorted ETP populations with cell hashing antibody barcoding from mouse thymus Examination of single cell expression profile of sorted populations identified from previous pseudotime analysis. Experiment was performed using droplet-based 3' end RNA expression profiling using Chromium Single Cell 3' Reagent Kits v3 according to manufacturer's protocol (10x Genomics), with the FACS sorted individual sub-populations of ETPs tagged with Totalseq-A hashtags (Biolegend). The cDNA library was sequenced on Illumina Novaseq for 400 million reads, and tag library on HiSeq4000 for 20 million reads, both in pair-end mode following manufacturer's instructions. Please note that meta.csv.gz contains assigned sample names of individual cells after demultiplexing
