Breast cancer poses a huge health threat in China. Research has found that RANBP1 is associated with poor prognosis of breast cancer and affects the expression of miRNA in colorectal cancer. However, its role in breast cancer is unclear.In our study, we constructed the sh-RANBP1 cell line and sh-NC cell line from the human breast cancer cell line MDA-MB-231, miRNA sequencing approaches were adoptedto analyze the significant differential expression between the two groups.Through this screening, we identified a total of 51 miRNAs with significant expression differences, of which 32 were up-regulated and 19 were down-regulated. Go and kegg enrichment analysis results show that the enrichment analysis results of the target genes of up-regulated mirna are mainly involved in pathways related to cancer such as pd-1 and micRNA, while the down-regulated ones are mainly involved in wnt and some tumor-related progression pathways .Our findings indicate that sh-RanBP1 influences miRNA expression, revealing significant differences based on the interaction network of miRNA.
