This dataset was collected during the Q4 Nansen Legacy cruise with RV Kronprins Haakon. Metabolic rates and dry weights were measured on several species and life stages of copepods and compared with a linear mixed model. The results are published in https://doi.org/10.1007/s00227-023-04309-x, where also more information on the methodology and data collection can be found.
