Acute toxicity and genotoxicity of Corexit® dispersants and their components on early life stages of sheepshead minnow (Cyprinodon variegatus)

This dataset contains survival and comet assay data for larval sheepshead minnows exposed to Corexit dispersant and its components. Survival, reported as percent survival, is reported for 1 day post hatch larval sheepshead minnow exposed to various concentration of Corexit after 24, 48 and 96 hours. Results are reported for three replicates for both 1 day post hatch larval and 1 day post fertilization embryo sheepshead minnows. One day post hatch larval percent survival is also reported after 48 hours exposure to various concentrations of dioctyl sodium sulfosuccinate (DOSS), LAS, and DAWN. Comet assay data for 1 day post hatch larvae exposed to Corexit and various components after 48 hrs is provided as median olive tail moment.
