Haloprofundus sp. MHR1 Genome sequencing. Haloprofundus sp. MHR1

An extremely Haloarchaeal strain, Haloprofundus sp. MHR1 has isolated using the sediment sample collected from the Haihe river in China. The genome sequencing data of Haloprofundus sp. strain MHR1 belongs to the family of Haloferacaceae, in the order of Haloferacales and in the class of Halobacteria. The genome sequence project was obtained using the PacBio platform. The complete genome of Haloprofundus sp. strain MHR1 will give some valuable information and the genome insight into the metabolism of archaeal species.
