The raw data was sequenced to test a generated workflow for targeted sequencing of the full ITS region (ITS1, 5.8s, ITS2) as an additional approach to the ordinary OTU clustering by analyzing the sequences of individual fungus and adding steps to inspect the intraspecific and intragenomic variation. After establishing a more precise workflow for nanopore-based next-generation-sequencing.
