资源简介:
The rufous frog (Leptodactylus fuscus) is in the Leptodactylidae family, and is found throughout South America, in subtropical or tropical dry forests. Its local names are rana picuda ("woodcock frog") and rana silbador ("whistling frog"). This sample is from a female located in Huila, Colombia, collected by Faidith Bracho, coordinated by Andrew Crawford and Melissa Hernandez, and was used to generate transcriptome data for the aLepFus1 reference genome from the Vertebrate Genomes Project (VGP). Transcriptome sequencing was conducted at the Vertebrate Genomes Lab (VGL) at the Rockefeller University, led by Erich D. Jarvis, Giulio Formenti, and Jennifer Balacco.
