This dataset contains ultrasonic vocalizations (USVs) recorded from C57BL/6 mouse pups (postnatal days 3–7) under social isolation. Recordings are with synchronized behavioral annotations including caregiver distance and pup state (e.g., isolated passive, isolated active, carried, retrieved). Audio was sampled at 250-300 kHz, and metadata provides time-aligned contextual variables. The dataset enables analysis of developmental vocal behavior in relation to social context and pup-caregiver interactions.
