Single-cell RNA sequencing data of mice white adipose tissue SVF (age, anatomy, CL-treatment)

This Seurat object provides scRNA-seq data of white adipose tissue SVF across 8 conditions varying by age (young/old), depot (iWAT/gWAT), and CL treatment (CTL/CL). Two biological replicates are included per condition, except for Old-iWAT-CL and Old-gWAT-CL, which have one biological sample each.
