Processed counts for single-cell RNA-sequencing data on PBMCs and bulk RNA-sequencing data from CD14+ monocytes obtained from CD patients treated with vedolizumab

Included in this dataset are: bulkrnaseq.zip: Processed counts for bulk RNA-sequencing data from CD14+ monocytes. counts.csv: Processed counts obtained using STAR (v2.7.0), SAMtools (v1.9), and Subread::featureCounts (v1.6.3) annotated using Ensembl Gene ID metadata.csv: The sample metadata containing information on sex, age, smoker status, and response to vedolizumab. scrnaseq.zip: Processed single-cell RNA-sequencing data on PBMCs. mtx: Counts, genes, and cells as obtained through Cellranger (v7.0.0) cell_metadata.csv: The cell metadata containing information on 10X well (RunID), sample of origin (SampleID), sex, age, smoker status, response to vedolizumab, annotation at different levels of granularity (manual_l1, manual_l2, manual_l3, manual_l4), and the unsupervised clusters (seurat_clusters).
