Alternative fuels infrastructure data

The Programme Support Action (PSA) on ID issuing and data collection for alternative fuels (IDACS) has been set-up by the European Commission to support Member States in setting up data collecting for alternative fuels and make the data available through the National Access Points and to develop an effective, EU-wide coordination mechanism to assign unique identification codes to CPOs and EMSPs. The PSA has a duration of three years (2019-2021) and its Consortium consist of 15 Member States: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Spain. The Consortium mandatorily have to collect data related to alternative fuels infrastructure, namely electric charging points and hydrogen refueling stations (HRS). Other alternative fuels, such as CNG, LNG, LPG and highly-blended biofuels are optional.

欧洲委员会为支持成员国建立替代燃料数据收集体系并确保数据通过国家接入点得以公开，同时发展一个有效且覆盖整个欧盟的协调机制，以分配给CPOs和EMSPs唯一的识别代码，特设立了《ID发行及数据收集替代燃料项目支持行动》（IDACS）。该行动计划为期三年（2019-2021），其联盟由15个成员国组成：奥地利、比利时、捷克共和国、克罗地亚、法国、德国、希腊、匈牙利、立陶宛、卢森堡、荷兰、波兰、葡萄牙、斯洛文尼亚和西班牙。联盟成员须强制收集与替代燃料基础设施相关的数据，包括电动汽车充电点和氢气加注站（HRS）。其他替代燃料，如压缩天然气（CNG）、液化天然气（LNG）、液化石油气（LPG）以及高度混合的生物燃料，则为可选收集内容。
