Vax-Culture

The Vax-Culture dataset was developed by a research team from Carleton University, focusing on vaccine-related discussions on Twitter. It contains 6,373 vaccine-associated tweets, each paired with detailed annotations covering vaccine hesitancy attitudes, misinformation, entities receiving criticism or support, as well as the message conveyed by each tweet. The dataset is designed to facilitate the development of effective public health communication strategies targeting individuals with anti-vaccine beliefs, and to support machine learning models in automatically detecting vaccine misinformation to counter its negative impacts.
