RNA-seq and DIP-seq analysis of DNMTs mutant mESCs

DNMT1 plays a major role in embryonic development as a maintenance methyltransferase. Although recent studies have shown that DNMT1 has de novo methylation activity, the detailed role of its function during embryonic development remains unclear. In this study, to further understand the role of DNMT1 de novo methylation, we performed RNA-seq and DIP-seq on DNMTs mutatnt mESCs. RNA-seq was performed on TKO, TKO+FL and TKO+602 mESCs. DIP-seq was performed on TKO_FL and DKO mESCs.
