Protein-level quantification data for six cultured human endothelial-cell samples: three glioblastoma-derived samples (GBMEC 5377, GBMEC 5391 and GBMEC 5441) and three normal brain endothelial-cell samples (BrEC1, BrEC2 and BrEC3). BrEC1 denotes normal brain endothelial cells. The samples were measured in two batches, YF1787 and YF1846. The dataset contains two batch protein reports, a six-sample merged matrix, a filtered matrix and sample metadata. It supports the endothelial-cell proteomics analyses in the manuscript "A stress-responsive vascular trap drives immune exclusion and immunotherapy resistance".
