ACE-FTS infrared solar spectrum and a CH rovibrational line list

This submission includes two data sets: a high-resolution solar absorption spectrum recorded by ACE-FTS (Atmospheric Chemistry Experiment - Fourier Transform Spectrometer) and a rovibrational line list for the CH X$^\Pi$--X$^2\Pi$ transition covering vibrational bands from 1-0 to 5-4. The CH line list includes rotational quantum numbers of upper ($J^\prime$) and lower ($J^\prime\prime$) state, parity of upper ($P^\prime$) and lower ($P^{\prime\prime}$) state, line positions (in cm^{-1}), line intensity, estimated uncertainty (in cm^{-1}), energy levels for both upper (E$_{up}$) and lower (E$_{low}$) states (in cm^{-1}), Einstein A coefficients (in s^{-1}), oscillator strengths (f), and line assignments. Note that the f values are scaled by 10^7 (see column name), so they must be divided by 10^7 to obtain f.
