Data and Code for Comparative Effects of Different Semiconductor Photocatalyst-Mediated Ultraviolet (UV)-Photofunctionalized Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Biointerfaces on Osteogenic and Angiogenic Responses

This repository contains the raw experimental data, processed datasets, and analysis files supporting the manuscript entitled "Comparative Effects of Different Semiconductor Photocatalyst-Mediated Ultraviolet (UV)-Photofunctionalized Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) Biointerfaces on Osteogenic and Angiogenic Responses." The dataset includes: Raw and processed data for surface characterization (SEM, AFM, EDS, contact angle measurements);Cell viability, osteogenic differentiation, and mineralization assays;Immunofluorescence imaging and quantitative analysis;Angiogenesis-related experiments, including HUVEC proliferation, migration, and tube formation assays;Source data used for figure generation;Original analysis scripts used for data processing and visualization. All data are organized according to the corresponding figures in the manuscript to facilitate reproducibility and verification of the reported results. These materials are provided solely to support the findings of the associated publication.
