Understanding potential risk to a specific property is critical with respect to both its value and the potential costs associated with rectifying any damage. **Economic Impact Analysis** Flooding events can have a devastating effect on economies of various scales. Understand the potential economic impact from the local to national level resulting from damage and incidents related to flooding. **Location Planning** It is important to consider the factors associated with a location when assessing it for a specified purpose. Understanding the potential threat caused by proximity to flood prone areas allows for comprehensive risk analysis relative to a specific location. **Location Data Enrichment** The Precisely Flood Risk dataset contains risk information that can be associated at the individual address level. Enrich existing address lists using Precisely's Flood Risk in conjunction with Address Fabric. **Real World Data (RWD)** Understand the relative threat to a location from flooding events based on data collected over time. **Product details** Precisely Flood Risk provides information pertaining to flood zones, elevation, distance to closest 100-year flood zone, the name and distance to closest water body and more. Use this file to append flood risk information to every affected address location using a unique identifier. Includes proximity measurements for added insight. **Data Sets**: - The Flood Risk USA product consists of several tables. - This evaluation contains the Precisely Address Fabric data set which also consists of a single table.
