To determine the main similarities and differences on health skin between the adverse effects of S1650b (PM2.5 simulant) and CB (nanoparticle) on DNA damage, oxidative stress and epidermal barrier in keratinocytes. RNA sequencing is used to study the DEGs, GO enrichment and KEGG pathway of keratinocytes exposed to S1650b and CB. Briefly, total RNA of HaCaT cells treated by CB (25 μg/mL) and S1650b (50 μg/mL) for 24 hours were extracted. Then, RNA sequence assay was performed.
