HOXA10 and CUT & RUN

HOXA10 is a DNA binding transcription factor, belongs to the class of Abdominal B–like homeobox genes and is essential for specification of anterior uterus during embryogenesis. HOXA10 also play important role during embryo implantation. The study helps to understand the molecular pathways and networks that operate via HOXA10 in the uterus. Identification of these processes is crucial to expand our understanding of the essential mechanisms for pregnancy initiation and the pathophysiology of endometriopathies.
